Delete your PlayThenics account

This page is for PlayThenics (Google Play: com.salahg.PlayThenics). It explains how to delete your account and the data stored with it, what is removed, and what is not.

An account in PlayThenics is optional — the app tracks training with no account at all. If you never signed in, we hold nothing to delete: your data is on your phone, and uninstalling removes it.

1. Delete it in the app

This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open PlayThenics and go to the More tab.
  2. In the account card, tap Manage account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm: enter your password, or — if you only ever signed in with Google or Apple, so there is no password to enter — type DELETE.

The account is destroyed when you confirm. There is no waiting period and no way for us to restore it afterwards.

2. Or ask us by email

Use this if you have already removed the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we did it.

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, from the email address the account uses. If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that same address.

We may ask you for something that identifies the account before we act — we are not going to delete somebody's training history because a stranger asked. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and reply to tell you it is done.

3. What is deleted

Deleting the account erases all of it at once, permanently:

Ask in the same email and we will also delete the analytics records tied to your account identifier.

4. What is not deleted

5. Questions

Anything about deletion, or about what we hold: [email protected]. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
