This page is for PlayThenics (Google Play: com.salahg.PlayThenics). It explains how to delete your account and the data stored with it, what is removed, and what is not.
An account in PlayThenics is optional — the app tracks training with no account at all. If you never signed in, we hold nothing to delete: your data is on your phone, and uninstalling removes it.
1. Delete it in the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
Open PlayThenics and go to the More tab.
In the account card, tap Manage account.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm: enter your password, or — if you only ever signed in with Google or Apple, so there is no password to enter — type DELETE.
The account is destroyed when you confirm. There is no waiting period and no way for us to restore it afterwards.
2. Or ask us by email
Use this if you have already removed the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we did it.
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, from the email address the account uses. If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that same address.
We may ask you for something that identifies the account before we act — we are not going to delete somebody's training history because a stranger asked. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and reply to tell you it is done.
3. What is deleted
Deleting the account erases all of it at once, permanently:
The account itself — your email address, display name, profile details, and any Google or Apple sign-in you connected.
The cloud copy of your training data — workouts, exercises, sets, reps and added weight, body metrics, cardio sessions, rest days, subjective check-ins, strength assessments and workout templates.
Everything from the coach — your conversations, the notes it was told to remember, and the training plans it saved.
Every signed-in session, on every device, signed out immediately.
Ask in the same email and we will also delete the analytics records tied to your account identifier.
4. What is not deleted
The data on your phone. Deleting the account removes our copy, not the one in the app — the workouts on the device stay where they are, and stay yours. Uninstalling PlayThenics removes them from that phone. Export them first (More → Export Backup, no Pro required) if you want to keep a copy.
Security records. We keep a log of sign-in events — created, signed in, password changed, account deleted — with your account detached from it. It no longer carries your email or your name, and it exists so that abuse can be investigated.
Your purchases. Subscriptions and payments are held by Google Play, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the Play Store, otherwise it keeps renewing. See the Terms of Service.
